Once I have made a purchase will tracking details be sent to me?
Yes, we will email you the tracking number once your package has been mailed.
It has been over a week and I haven't received my package, what should I do?
Please double check the address provided for shipping.
Contact USPS to find out if the package has been delayed.
If you live in an apartment community we suggest you check with your leasing office.
Should all of the above fail please email us and we will attempt to find out what has occured.
If the package arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damage.
How can I sign up for the Virtual EDU?

Yes, we do provide a 15% discount for professional makeup artists and licensed beauty pro's. To be considered the following must be submitted:
A Picture ID or driver's license
A recent tearsheet with credits listed (must be within the last six months)
Copy of your current beauty licensure (if applicable)
